To protect your privacy and prevent unauthorized access to your personal data, we must verify your identity before fulfilling your request. We may request additional information to confirm your identity.
Under GDPR Article 12(3), we will respond to your request within 1 month of receipt. If your request is complex or we receive multiple requests from you, we may extend this period by an additional 2 months (3 months total). We will inform you of any extension within the first month and explain the reasons for the delay.
We provide information and process requests free of charge. However, if your request is manifestly unfounded or excessive (particularly if it is repetitive), we may charge a reasonable fee or refuse to act on the request.
