2. Right to Rectification (Article 16)

3. Right to Erasure / "Right to be Forgotten" (Article 17)
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data when:
- The data is no longer necessary for the purposes it was collected
- You withdraw consent and there is no other legal basis for processing
- You object to processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds
- The data has been unlawfully processed
- The data must be erased to comply with a legal obligation

How We Process Your Request
Verification Process
To protect your privacy and prevent unauthorized access, we verify your identity by sending a 6-digit verification code to the email or phone number associated with your data. You must enter this code to complete your request.
Response Timeline
Under GDPR Article 12(3), we will respond to your request within 1 month of receipt. For data access requests, data is provided immediately upon verification. For erasure requests, deletion is queued for admin approval and completed promptly.
Free of Charge
We provide information and process requests free of charge. However, if your request is manifestly unfounded or excessive (particularly if it is repetitive), we may charge a reasonable fee or refuse to act on the request.
Right to Lodge a Complaint
If you believe we have not adequately addressed your request or have violated your data protection rights, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country.
