Equilia AI engages carefully selected third-party service providers ("subprocessors") to support delivery of our products and services. Providers listed below may be used interchangeably depending on specific product features, regions, or customer configuration.

Subprocessor Changes & Objections
We may update this list when subprocessors change or new ones are added. For material changes, we will notify customers via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before the change where feasible.
Customers may object to a new subprocessor by emailing within 30 days of notice. We will work in good faith to provide an alternative. If we cannot reasonably accommodate, the customer may suspend the affected feature or terminate the impacted services per the DPA.
Where subprocessors process personal data outside your region, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (and UK Addendum where applicable) and implement appropriate safeguards.
